Beavers Improve to 3-0 on the Season
The Beavers continued their dominance against NorCal competition. The ARC men's tennis team beat the Fresno City Rams and Reedley Tigers in a doubleheader without dropping a single set.

Men's Tennis Opens Dual-Match Season with Shutout
The Beavers opened the dual-match season with a shutout against perennial rival, the Modesto JC Pirates.

Beavers drop rubber match to Butte
American River College had a chance to take the season series from Butte College in Oroville on Saturday but came up a bit short, dropping game three 10-6.  Freshman RHP Collin Carriger (Bella Vista) had a bit of a rough outing, giving up 3 runs in the first inning and six through 4 innings.

Beavers bounce back to even series with Butte
One day after setting a school record for hits and runs allowed, American River College bounced back and defeated Butte College 4-1 at Beaver Field on Friday.  The same Butte team that banged out 25 hits on Thursday managed just 4 hits off of Beavers ace Hayden Josephson (Granite Bay).

Beavers set new school records
The day started off well as the American River College baseball team jumped on Butte College early, scoring 5 runs in the top of the first in Oroville on Thursday.  The problem was that they then had to go out on defense.

The men’s tennis team started their season against nationally ranked NCAA DII programs Holy Names University and Sonoma State University. Coach Bo Jabery-Madison explained the reason for the early season scrimmages against the four-year universities.

Baseball Alumni BP, BBQ, and Blue vs White game set for January 20
The 15th annual American River College Alumni batting practice, BBQ and the Blue vs. White Intrasquad game has been set for Saturday January 20th at Beaver Field.  The Alumni BP will start at 10:00 A.M. weather permitting, followed by the blue vs, white intrasquad game starting at noon.

Aryana Archuleta is a multiple ARC Scholar, and State Academic Honoree. She is also a four time sport recipient, having competed in two cross country, and two track and field teams.
