Beavers hand on for 4th win in a row

American River College jumped out to a 7-0 lead at Solano College on Tuesday, then hung on to win a nail biter 9-7 for the teams 4th win in a row on the road.  A.R.C. got off to a 3-0 lead in the first inning thanks to a bases loaded triple by LF Jimmy Lunardelli (Oakmont).  The Beavers added 3 more in the 2nd inning thanks to an RBI single by CF Brandon Raposa (Woodcreek), followed by a ball hit down the line by RF Alex Gaskin (Jesuit).  Gaskin later scored on a sac fly by Lunardelli who picked up his 4th RBI in the first 2 innings.  He added and RBI single in the third as well.

Alex Gaskin added another double with 2 outs in the 7th to drive in 2 more on the day.
