American River College finished just short of making the playoffs in 2016, but four of their players were rewarded for their season with berths on the All-Conference 2nd team.  Freshman Ian Codina (Oakmont) was listed as a 2nd team All-Conference selection after posting 4 wins and 6 saves on the season as well as setting the school record for appearances with 26 in 36 games.

Sophomore OF Justin Jordan (Folsom) also made the 2nd team after posting 7 doubles and 11 RBI to go with a .290 average in conference play.

A pair of infielders were rewarded for their seasons, as freshman Jared Biggs (Del Campo) and sophomore Brayden Gomez (Bella Vista) were also named to the 2nd team.  Biggs hit .343 in conference play as the Beavers shortstop, and Brayden Gomez played a very solid third base while hitting .310 with 15 RBI in league play.

Sophomore Kirby Broadbent (Oakmont) was named Honorable Mention at 1B, sophomore Robert Contreras (Antelope) was given Honorable Mention as an infielder and freshman DH Tyler Swank (Del Campo) also got an Honorable Mention nod for the Beavers.
