ASHLAND – Charlie Hall was named Frontier Conference Coach of the Year, senior quarterback Tanner Trosin was the FC Offensive Player of the Year and Southern Oregon University dominated the first-team defense on the awards list released Wednesday by the league office.

Thirteen Raiders in all were first- or second-team selections. Joining Trosin on the offensive first team were senior tackle Dane Skriloff and junior receiver Bronsen Ader, while senior receiver Matt Boudreaux and junior running back Rey Vega landed on the second team.

Of 12 first-team defensive spots, five belonged to SOU: senior linebacker Isiah Carter, senior safety Oshay Dunmore, junior linebackers Tyson Cooper and Devvon Gage, and junior defensive end Sean Rogers were honored. Keegan Lawrence, a senior safety, received second-team kudos, as did junior placekicker Marcus Montano the special teams list.

Eastern Oregon senior linebacker Michael Arenas was voted FC Defensive Player of the Year, though Trosin will be put forth as the conference's nominee for NAIA Player of the Year.
