Bio

Coach Jeramiah Stirber begins his first year coaching with the beavers as a defensive line assistant. Coach stirber will also be assisting with filming duties, play signals, and special teams control

Coach Stirber joins the beavers after serving 4 years in the United states army and moving to Sacramento as a transfer student from Shasta college. Coach stirber attends Sacramento state as an undergraduate majoring in kinesiology with an emphasis in physical education and will be graduating with his bachelor's of science in the spring of 2019. Jeramiah is a former player and coach of the Shasta college knights in Redding CA. Coach stirber played at outside linebacker for two years with the knights and helped them to 6-4 and 8-2 seasons becoming conference co-champions for both the 2013-2014 seasons. As a coach for the knights coach stirber was the assistant linebackers coach during the 2015 season which ended in the knights finishing the season with an 9-2 record winning the PAC 7 championship bowl game.

Coach Stirber brings a great amount of knowledge and experience from his 6 years as a player and 1 year as an assistant defensive coach. He played for the West valley eagles and enterprise hornets at full back, outside linebacker, and all special teams in high school. For the shasta knights coach stirber was a two year second string outside linebacker and started on all special teams. For his one year as an assistant at Shasta college coach stirber was in charge of scout offensive control, offensive line for punt, and assisted with the linebacking core.

Stirber will begin his first year on staff for the 2018 season and look to return for the 2019 season. with this great opportunity working for the beavers coach stirber hopes to move on to a four year university as a graduate assistant upon completing his bachelor's degree in the spring of 2019.
