The American River College Men's Basketball program closes out the first half of Big 8 Conference play on a two game winning streak after defeating San Joaquin Delta College 93-89 in double overtime.
Nick Graves of nearby Oak Ridge High School led the Beavers with 42 points, 13 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, and a block. Nick was 17 of 22 from field goal range and 7 of 8 from the free throw line, including making clutch free throws to seal the game for the Beavers in the second overtime.
The Beavers will seek to make a push for a spot in the CCCAA playoffs as they begin the second half of Big 8 Conference play this Friday, January 26th, at 5:30 PM against Cosumnes River College at home.
