The American River College Men's Basketeball program came from behind in the second half to defeat Cosumens River College 65-62 in Big 8 Conference action.
Down by one point with 54 seconds left in the game, freshman Ivan Soto would make a clutch 15-foot jumper to give the Beavers a 63-62 lead. The Beavers would step up and stop Cosumens River on their final possession, and sophomore Evan Burgess would knock down two free-throws to sealed the game for the Beavers at 65-62.
With the win the Beavers expand their winning streak to three games and will prepare to take on Sierra College at home on Tuesday, January 30th, at 5:30 PM.
