The ARC women's swim and dive teams opened their season last Friday at the Los Rios Invite.  The team is lead by sophomores Josh McCown & Angus Martinez.  McCown  a butterfly and distance specialist changed things up and swam several sprint events, with impressive performances.  Freshman Tom Higdon of Cordova High swam his life time best finishing 2^nd in the 100 breast in a 1:00.38 and a 2:21 in the 200 breast. Freshman Josiah Deleon, backstroker finished top 3 in both the 100 and 200 backstroke.  Rounding out the team success was Andrey Voshev finishing 1^st on both 1 & 3 Meter boards.
