Tom Higdon freshman from Cordova High was the swimmer of the meet for the Beavers. Tom had 3 personal best, 49.4 in the 100 free, 2:14.55 in the 200 Breast (3rd place)and 58.5 (2nd place) in the 100 Breast. Team mate Josiah DeLeon from West Campus went 2:05.99 in the 200 Back (3rd place) and 2:05.80 in the 200 IM a 3 second improvement on the season. Sophomore captain Josh McCown swam the 200 fly in 2:02.62 a great early season swim. Fellow sophomore Stephen LaDoux swam a personal best in the 100 back in a time of 1:02, while Angus Martinez swam a 5:27 in the 500 Free. Rounding out the great swims for the weekend were David Crocker in the 100 Fly in 59.84, Johnny Gamez in the 100 IM in 1:06.44.
