Men's Tennis Faces Off Against NCAA DI Opponent, the University of Pacific Tigers
The Beavers went up against NCAA DI competition for the 3rd time this season, when they played the Tigers from the University of Pacific. The doubles point went to the Tigers, but not before the Beavers #2 tandem of Jack Hall/Lenny Lin won at their spot by the score of 6-3. At #3, Jason Hom/Shane Timmons were at 3-3 before the Tigers pairing broke at 3-4 and held for a 6-3 win and the clinching doubles match. ARC was swept in the singles, with Ravi Nelson (#1) and Shane Timmons (#4) putting up great efforts to push their UOP opponents. The Beavers will resume NorCal community college play with matches against Diablo Valley (March 10th) and Solano (March 11th).
