ARC hosted perennial rival, the Chabot Gladiators, late in regular season NorCal play. It was a hard-fought match from the start, with ARC winning 2 of the 3 doubles matches, and closing it out with singles victories from Arjun Sivakumar (#4), Tarang Sharma (#5), and Shane Timmons (#6). At #1 doubles, Enrique Silveira/Gavin Sonntag played the best match of their dual-team match season to beat the tough duo of Elijah Cho/Darian Quinonez by the score of 8-5. At #3 doubles Sharma/Timmons rolled to an 8-1 win, giving ARC the slight edge going into the singles. The Beavers' depth came up huge, as they dominated in the lower half of the singles lineup. Shane Timmons stood out as the most lopsided victory at #6 (6-0, 6-0) and Tarang Sharma won the clinching match in a 5-4 dual-match victory for the second time this season, with a 6-2, 6-3 win at #5. The Beavers will next travel to Fresno to play against Fresno Pacific and Fresno City College on 3/29 and 3/30 respectively.
