Bio

Cody competed for American River College in 2016 and 2017. He is arguably the most accomplished and decorated player in program history. Some of his accolades include being the first three-time All-American (twice in doubles, once in singles), the 2016 ITA Region I Freshman of the Year, the 2017 ITA Region I Arthur Ashe Award winner, earning two Big 8 North First-Team All-Conference selections, attaining a career high of #9 in the state singles rankings (2017), and twice finishing ranked #4 in the state doubles rankings (2016 & 2017). Cody also led the program to two team conference championships, consecutive seasons in the top 5 state team rankings, and two Northern California team championships, the first for ARC since 1966. Cody will be earning his Associate’s Degree in the spring of 2018 and transferring to continue his academic and athletic collegiate career at the university of his choice in the fall of 2018.
