The American River College Men's Water Polo program opened Big 8 Conference play with a 21-5 road victory over Diablo Valley College.
The Beavers were dominant in the first half, scoring ten goals while holding Diablo Valley to two goals. The second half proved to be just as dominant as the Beavers scored fourteen goals and held Diablo Valley to just three goals.
The Beavers were led by Kian Jang's five goals, while Mitchell Bugalski and Caden Rutan added four goals each.
The Beavers will be back in action September 22nd and 23rd as they travel to compete in the Cuesta Tournament hosted by Cuesta College.
