The American River College Men's Water Polo program completed a magical conference run by winning the Big 8 Conference Tournament and becoming Big 8 Conference Champions.

After going undefeated throughout regular season conference play, the Beavers earned a first round bye in the tournament.  In order to win the tournament, the Beavers were tasked with taking on Diablo Valley College in the semi-finals.  The Beavers would take care of business defeating Diablo Valley 20-3.

In the finals, the Beavers faced conference rival and defending conference champ #9 Sierra College.  The Beavers and Sierra's regular season conference match was an overtime thriller in which the Beavers would ultimately prevail.  This match would prove to be just as exciting, however the Beavers would prevail again and take home the Big 8 Conference Championship.

With the victory the Beavers will likely move up in the state rankings (currently ranked #10) and will now set their sights on the NorCal Championships November 9th to November 11th at College of Marin.
