After starting the season out last week on an 8k (5 miles) course, the Beavers were ready to take on the shorter 4-mile distance. Running on the course where the State Championships will be contested in late November, the ARC men wanted to prove they are picking up right where they left off in 2012, winning their 2nd consecutive State title. Once again Will Reyes was dominant against his community college counterparts, covering the 4-mile course in 20:34 to win. Jacob Huston was third overall in 20:45. They were followed by freshman Sean Jagerson (9th, 21:03), sophomore Luis Luna (12th, 21:14), freshman Patrick Jagerson (15th, 21:31) and sophomore Chris Kigar (23rd, 21:39).
