Woodward Park, Fresno

The American River College men’s cross country team started the season off with a 5^th place finish in the prestigious Fresno Invitational at Woodward Park. The Beavers placed 3 runners in the top 25 of the 162-man field led by 16^th place Christian Woolfolk (Oakmont HS) covering the 4.07 miles in 21:28. He was followed closely by sophomore James Wilde (Oak Ridge HS) in 20^th (21:38) and freshman Logan Dodge (Whitney HS) in 22^nd (21:39). This weekend the Beavers are off and will compete next in the Lou Vasquez Invitational in Golden Gate Park on Thursday, September 21.
