Immediately after unleashing her second throw in the discus competition, Sierra Sheppard jumped up and down with excitement because she knew her throw was another “PR” (personal record).
Beaver Alum Dodge qualifies for NCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field West

Dodge advanced to the NCAA West Preliminary Round with her 34:42.63 finish at the Mt. SAC Relays. She enters the meet at No. 41 in the women's 10,000m event.

New ARC School Record for Sierra Sheppard

Sierra Sheppard broke the ARC school record (for the third time this season) in the Big 8 Conference Championships, on April 24, 2017. A freshman, from El Camino High School, she won the Conference Title with her 42.75m (140’3”).
