The American River College Volleyball program traveled on Friday, September 1st, to compete in the Sequoias Quad hosted by College of Sequoias.
The Beavers dropped their first match to Fresno City College 3-1. After dropping a close first set, 25-21, the Beavers would bounce back to take set two, 25-13. However, Fresno City would take the next two matches 25-22 and 25-14.
Later in the day the Beavers would find themselves back in the win column after defeating College of Sequoias 3-1. The Beavers would win the first set 25-12, drop the second set 25-23, then take set three and four 25-14 and 25-23.
The Beavers advance to 3-2 on the season and will be back in action on Thursday, September 7th, against Butte College at the Delta Classic.
