The American River College Volleyball program defeated Cosumnes River College 3-1 in Big 8 Conference play.
The Beavers took set one and two, 26-24 and 25-22, before Cosumnes River bounced back to take set three 25-19. However, the Beavers were able to win the match after taking set four 26-24. The Beavers saw strong performances from Morgan Castaneda (18 points), Mia Santos (11 points), and Marley Harrison (10 points).
The Beavers will be back in action on Friday, October 6th, as they travel to play Diablo Valley College in Big 8 Conference action.
