Volleyball is Back in the 3C2A State Championships After Defeating Sierra College

The American River College Volleyball program finds themselves back in the 3C2A State Championships after defeating #4 seed Sierra College 3-1 on the road.

The Beavers continued their winning ways by taking set one 25-18, set two 26-24, dropping set three 25-22, but bouncing back to take set four 25-17.  The Beavers latest victory proved to be a true team effort, with everyone contributing in all phases of the match.

With the win the Beavers will now appear in their fifth-straight 32CA State Championship.  They will face the top SoCal seed, San Diego Mesa College, in the opening round at Mt. San Antonio College which will host the State Championships from December 1st to December 3rd.
