Volleyball Continues Strong Start to the Season After Wins Over College of the Sequoias and #22 West Valley College

The American River College Women's Volleyball program remained undefeated on the 2024 season after defeating College of the Sequoias (3-1) and #22 West Valley College (3-0) on Friday.
Against a tough and well-coached College of the Sequoias program, the Beavers would drop their first match set (22-25) before winning three straight sets (25-19, 25-19, 27-25). Later that day, the Beavers would take on #22 ranked West Valley College and sweep them in three straight sets (25-21, 25-21, 25-21).
With the two wins on the Friday, the Beavers now move to 5-0 on the season. They will now take a few days off from competition before traveling to San Joaquin Delta College to participate in the annual Delta Classic from September 5th to September 7th.
