The Beavers opened Big 8 Conference play at their home courts at Sacramento Softball Complex with College of Marin. ARC scored early with victories at the 2s and 4s in the first wave. Mylee Finney and Aria Woltz won at the 6s in the 1st wave contributing to the early momentum. 

In the second wave of play, Hansen/Astacio and Rossi/Gomez clinched the dual with victories at the 3s and 5s, leaving one match to be completed at the 1s slot.

Mishchuk/Rossman jumped out to a 1-0 lead in their match. Reher/Cruz came back and evened it up 1-1 forcing a deciding 3rd set. Mishchuk/Rossman sealed the 5-0 sweep for the Beavs with their 15-11 win in the 3rd set.
