The American River College Men's Soccer program took on City College of San Francisco on Tuesday at home.
On a hot day in the valley, the Beavers were not able to take advantage of several scoring opportunities. On the other hand, City College of San Francisco was able to convert a penalty kick in the first half into a 1-0 lead and a turnover in the 78th minute to a goal that made the final score 2-0.
With the loss the Beavers fall to 4-4-1 on the season and will prepare to travel to play Contra Costa College on Friday, September 27th, at 4 PM.
