The Women's swim and dive team opened the season 2-0 winning all events but 2 in their opener!  The women's team traveled to Las Positas for a dual meet with both LP and Mt Sac College from Southern California.  Team scores, ARC 151 vs Mt Sac 105, and ARC 186 vs Las Positas 60.  ARC opened the meet with a win in the 200 FR 1:43.38, (Inderkum, Sherman, Verwoest, Wham) and went on to win all relay events, 200 Medley Relay 1:55.73 (Verwoest, Inderkum, Wham, Sherman), and the 400 Free Relay 3:48.92 (Ng,Sherman, Wham, Verwoest).  Individual wins in all the freestyles, back, breast and fly events.  The divers supported the team with a 3^rd -6^th place finish.  The following day the women's team traveled North to Santa Rosa and again had a strong performance winning and improving their 200 MR time to 1:54.96, the 150 Fly Relay in 1:23.50, the 400 MR in 4:11.36 just 3 100's shy of a meet record and the 200 FR 1:44.04.  A great opening weekend for the Women's team!
