In the first round of the team playoffs, the #2 seeded Beavers hosted the #7 seeded Pirates from Modesto. ARC jumped out to a 3-0 lead after the doubles, highlighted by 8-1 victories at #2 (Nic Atkinson/John Foote) and at #3 (Nick Cardoza/Dylan King). The strong performance continued into the singles as #1 Seppi Capaul fought off the strong Modesto #1, Jose Gonzalez, 6-3, 7-5. Ryan Wilson had the most convincing victory on the day at #5, earning the win without dropping a game. In the NorCal semifinals the Beavers will host #5 seeded Chabot College, who upset #4 seed Diablo Valley College in the quarterfinals.
