Men's Tennis Faces Modesto JC Pirates

Modesto Junior College visited ARC for a matchup between two of the top ranked NorCal teams. Modesto entered the match as the #3 team in the North and the Beavers were ranked #1. ARC came out fast, sweeping the doubles for a 3-0 lead. The Beavers #1 team (Micah Erwin/Ravi Nelson) and #3 team (Brian Badolato/SJ Sobrepena) each won by the convincing score of 8-1. In the singles ARC was led by Nelson (#1), Justin Le (#4), and Parker Perdue (#5), each scoring 6-0, 6-0 wins at their respective positions. Although the match scores were not close, it was a competitive match against a game Pirate team, and showed that the Beavers are firing on all cylinders. ARC will next play conference foe, Cosumnes River College, on Tuesday, March 1st at home.
