American River Men top JC team at the Fresno Invitational

After a convincing win in the Big 8 Preview last week, the Beavers were dominant once again against their JC rivals, and even a few 4-year programs. Fresno Pacific university won the overall team title (20 points), followed closely by ARC (42 points), and UC Merced was a distant third (115 points). In the JC results ARC was absolutely overwhelming, taking 12 of the first 14 places. In the overall results, which includes four 4-year colleges, ARC placed 4 in the top 10, and 10 in the top 22. In the top 24 runners, only two runners were from JC’s other than ARC.
