The ARC Beavers took Thursday's game in dramatic fashion, with a 7-6 walk-off victory over Cabrillo College Seahawks. ARC Beavers were down 6-5 in the bottom of the eighth inning when Alexa Garcia homered to center field, scoring two runs. Garcia homered in the eighth and first innings. Garcia hit two home runs in the victory. A single by Brooklyn Llamas put Cabrillo College Seahawks on the board in the top of the first. Garcia hit a solo home run to left field in the bottom of the first for the ARC Beavers. Cabrillo College Seahawks added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Kasydi Bennett was struck by a pitch, and Cabrillo College Seahawks scored on a wild pitch, each scoring one run. Aureanna Olaso grounded out, which helped ARC Beavers tie the game at four in the bottom of the fifth.
