The American River Baseball open their final week of Big 8 Conference play with a 9-4 victory against Santa Rosa Junior College.  The Beavers utilized a strong start to take control of the game, scoring four runs in the first three innings to take a 4-1 lead.  

After Santa Rosa scored in the top of the sixth inning to cut the Beavers lead to 4-2, the Beavers would respond by scoring the next five runs in the bottom of the seventh and eight innings to extend their lead to 9-2 and ultimately secure a 9-4 victory.

The Beavers will be back in action on Thursday, April 25th, as they travel to play Santa Rosa at 2:30 PM.
