Just a couple of days after putting 10 runs against Delta College on Friday and 13 runs against Solano College on Saturday, the Beavers managed just 1 hit in their 4-0 loss at Sierra College on Tuesday.  Freshman 3B Bryce Sabatke (River City) got the only hit of the day, a leadoff single in the top of the 2^nd inning.  Freshman RHP Ethan Palumbo (Antelope) scattered 8 hits over 5 innings and three runs, two earned in picking up the loss.  Freshman RHP Kaden Clive (Delta) threw 2 2/3 innings of relief, allowing just one run.  The two teams will square off in game two of the series on Thursday at Beaver Field at 2:00 pm.
