Football Prepares for the 3C2A Playoffs After Closing Out Conference Play Undefeated

The American River College Football program finds themselves back in familar territory. After defeating Feather River College on Saturday, 48-21, to go undefeated in conference play (third year in a row), the Beavers will now prepare for the 2024 3C2A Football Playoffs. One of eight teams in the state of California to earn this right.
The Beavers defeated behind a great team effort. Defensively, the Beavers held an explosive Feather River offense that scored 40+ in their last several games to just 21 points, while special teams contributed several great moments including a block punt. Offensively, quarterback Jett Harris connected with Jadon Anderson and tight end Gavin Correia for touchdowns, while back-up quarterbacks Julian Vasquez and Aidan Van Os connected on touchdowns to receivers Xaiver Porter and Nick Ecaterinis. On the ground the Beavers dominated the run game behind running back Terquaverlis Wallace two rushing touchdowns of 75 yards and 14 yards, and running back Hakeem Anderson's 1 yard touchdown.
With the win the Beavers close out the regular season 7-3 overall and 5-0 in conference. The Beavers will await their seeding and playoff location, but will open up the playoffs on Saturday, November 30th.
