Men's Soccer Bounces Back With A Dominant Performance Over Foothill College

The American River College Men's Soccer program bounced back from a close loss on Tuesday by dominating Foothill College, 5-0, on Friday.
The Beavers starting the scoring spree with back to back goals by Angelo Bunning in the 10th and 15th minutes. With a 2-0 lead, Milo Smith would add a goal in the 25th minute to expand the lead to 3-0. In the 40th minute, Ivan Lerda would make the lead 4-0 after scoring on a penalty kick. In the second half Aansh Prasad would add the final goal in the 80th minute, ultimately giving the Beavers the 5-0 victory.
The Beavers improve to 2-1-1 on the season and will prepare to travel on the road to take on Merritt College at 4 PM on Tuesday, September 10th.
