The American River College Men's Soccer program tied College of the Sequoias on Tuesday afternoon by a final score of 1-1.
After an early goal in the 9th minute by Sequoias, the Beavers responded with a goal in the 35th by Milo Smith. Abdullah Ghalib received credit for the assist. Both teams would have opportunities in the second half to break the tie, but could not take advantage of it.
With the tie the Beavers improve to 8-6-3 overall and will prepare to return to Big 8 Conference play on Friday, November 1st, as they travel to play Folsom Lake College at 6 PM.
