Enrique Silveira and Gavin Sonntag were selected as ITA Doubles All-Americans, making them the 9^th team in program history to earn the honor. It was a tremendous season for the pairing, beginning with a title run at the ITA Regional Championships in September, and culminating with a semifinal run at the Ojai Individual State Championships to finish the year. In between, the duo went 21-11 overall (20-5 against California community colleges) and won multiple tournament titles, including the Modesto Invitational Flight 1 championship and the Big 8 Conference title. Perhaps the biggest highlight of the season was a victory over the highly seeded Ventura #1 tandem of Cody Ray Emery and Lucas Abreu in the quarterfinals of the Ojai Individual State Championships in an exciting 3-set battle in enemy territory. It was a rematch of the team championship where Silveira/Sonntag fell to the Ventura team by the score of 8-5, and was a wonderful way to finish the season. Additionally, Silveira/Sonntag finished the year ranked #4 in the state, tying for the 5^th best ranking for a doubles team in Beaver's men's tennis history.
