The American River College Men's Water Polo program improved to 7-4 on the season after going 2-2 at the annual Cuesta Tournament at Cuesta College.
The two-day tournament, which has some of the top water polo programs in the state participating, saw the Beavers defeat Grossmont College 18-9 and lose to Orange Coast College 12-6 on Friday. On Saturday, the Beavers would drop a hard fought match against the defending state champs Golden West College 15-8 and defeat Merced College 19-1.
The Beavers will head back into Big 8 Conference play on Wednesday, September 27th, as they travel to play Santa Rosa Junior College at 3:30 PM.
