The American River College Men's Water Polo program finished in 3rd place at the NorCal Championships this past weekend. Coming in ranked as the #2 seed after winning the Big 8 Conference, the Beavers would suffer a close loss to rival Sierra College 12-10.
However, the Beavers would bounce back in the third place match against Modesto Junior College. The Beavers would defeat Modesto 12-4, using a strong first half to take control of the match.
The Beavers will be one of eight teams in the state of California to compete for the 3C2A state championship beginning on Thursday, November 16th, at the College of Marin.
