Freshman Mateo Ruano was named the CCCWPCA men's water polo Player of the Week.  The 6-foot-2 freshman attacker from Rio Americano High School helped the 5th ranked Beavers to a 2-0 weekend at the North/South Challenge at Merced College.  Ruano recorded nine goals, three assists and four steals in 11-10 and 15-6 wins over #7 Mt. San Antonio College and Riverside City College, respectively.
