The American River College Softball program opened the 2025 season on the road with a doubleheader win and tie at Butte College last Friday.
In game one the Beavers utilized a seven run 6th inning to overcome a four run deificit, resulting in a 7-4 victory. Game two saw a back and forth contest between the Beavers and Butte, with the beavers scoring two runs in the 7th to force extra innings. Both teams would score in the 10th inning forcing the game to be called a 7-7 tie due to darkness.
The Beavers will return back to action on Tuesday, January 28th, as they travel to play Merced College in a doubleheader at 12 PM and 2 PM.
