The American River College Women's Soccer program opened the Big 8 Conference Tournament against Cosumnes River College.
Cosumnes River utilized an early goal in the 11th minute of the match to jump out to the early 1-0 lead. The Beavers had several opportunities to score, but came up just short. In the 84th minute Cosumnes River was able to capitalize with a goal and leave with a 2-0 victory.
The Beavers will now take on Modesto Junior College in the next round of the Big 8 Confernece Tournament at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, November 7th.
