The American River College Women's Soccer program opened up Big 8 Conference play at home on Tuesday against Diablo Valley College.
The Beavers were impressive throughout the match. Keeping Diablo Valley College off the scoreboard, while scoring three goals. Kyah Pickett scored her first goal of the match in the 6th minute due to a great assist from Grace Vojkufka.
With a 1-0 lead Isabel Amador provided an excellent pass to Grace Vojkufka who found the back of net and expanded the Beavers lead to 2-0 in the 9th minute. In the second half, Kyah Picket scored her second goal of the match in 87th minute to make the final score 3-0.
