Men's Cross Country Wraps Up the 2024 Season at the 3C2A State Championships

The 2024 Cross Country season is complete! The state championship posed the most difficult challenge all season long for the Beavers. Rain, slippery conditions and a highly talented field made the race physically and mentally exhausting. With no clear line to follow on the course the Beavers gave all they had during the race and finished in 12th place. Cyrus Justiniani (21:42) led the team placing 33rd overall. Followed by Jack Bowker in 63rd with a time of 22:14, Carson Karr 95th in 22:34, and Ty Ertel 96th in 22:35. Rounding out the 7 were Kade Fernandes, Tyler Farnworth, and Carson Wuebker all of which have made huge improvements from the beginning of the season, even with the difficult conditions they were all able to beat their previous bests on the course by 20+ seconds. The Beavers all season long have adapted to the increase in race distance, competed with the best in the state, and most importantly laid the foundation for what to expect not only this upcoming Track & Field season but for the following seasons.
