The final game of the three game series between American River College and Delta College got off to an early start- 9:45 am on Thursday morning in order to beat the rain- but the outcome was the same as the first two games.  Delta shutout the Beavers 15-0.  The game was close for the first half of the game as freshman Tyler Moore was effective for the first four innings.  The Mustangs scored twice in the 3^rd inning but then broke the game open in the 5^th with 5 runs thanks to three doubles in a row.  A.R.C. was not able to muster much offensively, tallying only three hits.  Sophomore 1B Willie Tatum III (Grant) had a double in the 7^th inning and freshman 2B Rylon Druck (Roseville) continued his hot hitting with a single in the first.  Sopphomore Dominic Ott (Woodcreek) also singled for the Beavers.  ARC will have their bye week for the BIG 8 Conference this week, which also coincides with ARC's Spring Break.  The Beavers are scheduled to travel to Ohlone College in Fremont on Tuesday for a non-conference game.
