The American River College Men's Swimming and Diving program received strong performances at the CCCAA State Championships last weekend at East Los Angeles College.

On day one Tommaso Townsend took 6th place in the Men's 200 yard Individual Medley.  Day two saw the ARC Men's 200 yard Medley Relay team take home 6th place, Tommaso Townsend take 2nd place in the Men's 100 yard Breaststroke, and Vincent Pogson take home 8th place in the Men's 100 yard backstroke.
