ARC Beavers won big over College of The Redwoods 13-2 on Saturday.

College of The Redwoods got on the board in the second inning after an error scored one run.

ARC Beavers flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the second, scoring six runs on three hits to take a 6-1 lead.

The biggest blow in the inning was a walk by Madison Demmon that drove in one.

ARC Beavers scored five runs on seven hits in the bottom of the third inning. Faith Waltrip grounded out, scoring one run, Demmon singled, scoring one run, Bella Garcia tripled 

Breanna Romero earned the win for ARC Beavers. The right-handed pitcher surrendered one hit and two runs (zero earned) over five innings, striking out six and walking none.

Natalia opened the game for College of The Redwoods.

They allowed two hits and six runs over one and one-third innings, striking out two and walking four.

ARC Beavers piled up 14 hits in the game. Garcia set the tone at the top of the lineup, leading ARC Beavers with three hits in four at bats. Demmon, Poppick, Garcia, and Adams each drove in two runs for ARC Beavers. Alexa Garcia, Rylee Meyer, and Mckenzi Smith each collected multiple hits for ARC Beavers. Meyer stole two bases. ARC Beavers worked the count all day, collecting four walks. ARC Beavers stole six bases in the game.
