Kandace Compton led the beavers at the Lou Vasquez invite in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco on Sept. 18th.  She ran an impressive 19:19 over the 5K course to finish 3rd overall followed by teammate Alexa Lua in 5th at 19:32.

With 11 full teams that included 50 competitors in the ladies race, the beavers came out second behind Cerritos from Southern California.

Natalie Bernia finished 14th in 20:19 followed by teammates Zoe Worobel (20:54), Iuliia Lytvynova (21:01), Jocelyn Schmidt (21:18, Tara Christopherson (21:32), Kyrah Vaughn (21:55) and  most improved (while slicing 1:13 off her previous best mark) was Miranda Marshall finishing in 22:48.
