Great job at the Beaver Invitational on Oct. 5, 2013.  The Beavers put in 5 new personal bests in route to their third place team finish (with 3 of their top 5 ladies sitting it out).  With fifteen teams previewing the 3 mile course, that will later contest our Nor. Cal. Championships, hosted nearly 100 competitors in the ladies race.

Alexa Lua led the ladies beavers for the 3rd time this season in route to her 6th place finish in 19:04, Natalie Berania finished 13th in 19:34 followed by Kyrah Vaughn  26th in 20:26, Tara Christopherson 32nd in 20:42, Jocelyn Schmidt 40th in 21:07 and then Miranda Marshall 51st in 21:33.

"Significant improvements from  5 out of 6 ladies with nearly one full minute by both Natalie and Miranda.  We are moving in the right direction and really getting set up for our championship season", says Coach Powless.

Next up for the lady beavers will be the prestegious Mt. Sac. Invitational on 10/19.  Go Beavers!!!
